This book has been the most helpful and informative book I have read so far on the Paleo topic. It is a must-read for everyone who eats food of any kind. It is not a bunch of scare tactics or subjective information. This stuff has been proven scientifically, and personally (in my own life). Check it out!
And here is the author’s description of the book…
Hi Jennie, I just wanted to say hello as a newbie to the Paleo world and a Day 2 member of the Whole30 club. Two days ago I’d never heard of Whole30 (the power of google astounds me) and I’m grateful to have found your blog. My own blog is very much about my family, but I will probably link to another to document my Whole30 experience. We are fortunate to live in rural Australia, and produce our own beef and pork (knowing everything that they eat) and grow many of our own vegetables. So, I’ve always tried to eat in a healthy manner, but love this concept. Losing dairy is probably the only hard element for me, yoghurt particularly. But as the Whole30 people say, beating cancer is hard, giving up yoghurt shouldn’t be mentioned in the same sentence. Thanks for some added inspiration, I’ll be back for more!
Hi Fiona! Thank you for your comment. Welcome to the “club!” Can’t wait to hear how you do. I will be checking out your blog as well! How wonderful that you have such control over your meat. That is definitely a blessing for you!
Again, thanks for visiting, and for commenting. -Jennie
Currently working my way through this one!
