Food Diary: Airport Grub

By Jennie Leave a Comment

Dustin and I are currently in Colorado visiting our great friends, Scott and Sarah Pruett.  We’re having an awesome time, and I’m not spending alot of time on the computer, so my posts might be scarce this week.

Just thought I would share a little of what we’ve eaten so far.  It’s been delicious!

We flew from Raleigh to Washington D.C. to Denver, so there was alot of travel time.  We found lunch in the Washington airport at a mexican grill.  It wasn’t cheap, but it was pretty Paleo-friendly!  Just goes to show that mexican food is almost always a great option.

I got a Burrito Bowl with chicken, hot sauce, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, zucchini, squash, etc.  It was filling and delicious!  Best of all, I didn’t feel bloated and disgusting on the next flight.

SCORE!
